How We Use Data

• Design, build, test, and maintain your custom AI agent.
• Run the agent for your business, including replying to customer inquiries and creating or updating appointments on your Google Calendar.
• Provide the app's features, including AI responses, document analysis, and generating images, video, contracts, and websites.

App Permissions

Google Calendar and Account Access

AI Providers and Data Sharing

• Your agent and the app use third party service providers for AI, language processing, and document recognition (OCR). Content you submit may be sent to them so the agent or app can respond.
• Messages sent via WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta) own privacy policy, since that platform independently processes message content and metadata.
• We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
• With legal authorities if required by law.

Retention

• We keep project, agent, and app data only as long as needed to provide the service.
• When a project ends, when you delete your account, or when you ask, we delete your data and remove our access to your accounts.

Security

• Data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS).
• We apply reasonable security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This website and the app are not directed to children under 13. If we discover we've received information from a child, it will be deleted.

Contract and Document Tools
