• Any documents, images, or other resources you choose to send us.

Once you're a client using the platform:

• Account & Business Data: Information you provide during onboarding to set up your site, research, and content.
• Uploaded Content: Documents or files you submit for research, content generation, or site-building tasks.
• Voice Input: If you choose to submit queries by voice instead of typing, for faster submission.
• Camera: If you choose to upload documents via camera capture to get your point across to the assistant.
• Email Content: If you connect an email account, we search it for purchase receipts to verify your account is not a bot and to populate your list of purchased items within the app. We do not access unrelated personal correspondence.
• Device Data: Device model, OS version, and app diagnostics.

Camera, microphone, and storage access are only used if you grant them, and only for the purposes described above.

How We Use Data

• Respond to inquiries and prepare proposals.
• Provide AI-powered responses and document analysis.
• Verify legitimate accounts and populate your purchase history.
• Improve platform performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Sync your work across devices (if logged in).

If you don't use the app yourself

The platform's features are available through our mobile app. If you'd rather not download or use the app, our team can perform the same tasks on your behalf directly within your account, using the information you've provided. This works the same as if you'd done it yourself — nothing is done with your account beyond what you've asked for.

Data Sharing

• Messages sent via WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta) own privacy policy, since that platform independently processes message content and metadata.
• If you connect an email account, your provider (e.g. Google or Microsoft) processes that data under its own privacy policy in addition to ours.
• With trusted service providers (OCR, NLP, AI APIs).
• With legal authorities if required by law.

Security

• Data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS).
• We apply secure storage practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Not directed to children under 13. If data from a child is discovered, it will be deleted.

Your Rights

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
